On the first day of Christmas my PT sent to me: a shuttle run to the bins and back.
On the second day of Christmas my PT sent to me: two box jumps and a shuttle run to the bins and back.
On the third day of Christmas my PT sent to me: three press ups, two box jumps and a shuttle run to the bins and back
On the fourth day of Christmas my PT sent to me: four upright rows, three press ups, two box jumps and a shuttle run to the bins and back
On the fifth day of Christmas my PT sent to me: five buuuuurrrrppeeeeeees, four upright rows, three press ups, two box jumps and a shuttle run to the bins and back
On the sixth day of Christmas my PT sent to me: six lunges each leg, five buuuuurrrrppeeeeeees, four upright rows, three press ups, two box jumps and a shuttle run to the bins and back

On the eleventh day of Christmas my PT sent to me: eleven squatting thrusts, ten dumbbell raises, nine bicep curls, eight kettle squats, seven tricep dips, six lunges each leg, five buuuuurrrrppeeeeeees, four upright rows, three press ups, two box jumps and a shuttle run to the bins and back.
On the twelfth day of Christmas my PT sent to me: 12 barbell reps, eleven squatting thrusts, ten dumbbell raises, nine bicep curls, eight kettle squats, seven tricep dips, six lunges each leg, five buuuuurrrrppeeeeeees, four upright rows, three press ups, two box jumps and a shuttle run to the bins and back.
